ISPOFLEX 40 EL is a one-component, medium modulus, polyurethane-based elastomer sealant that cross-links in humid conditions.

It has excellent adhesion to all typical construction materials such as cement-based materials, brick, ceramics, glass, wood, galvanised and painted sheet metal and various plastics.

• Complies with BS 6920 standards for water soluble metallic impurities. Can be used in contact with drinking water.
