Our Story
In 2012, Jean-Luc MENDLER, grandson of Emile MENDLER, founder of EMFI, leaves the family business following its purchase by the 3M Group.
On the strength of his 30 years of experience in the field of glue trading and manufacturing, he decides to create a new company dedicated to this activity with his children, Thomas who will be the manager and Carine.
In 2014, they founded ISPO France with Jean-Michel GRIESEMER, a former employee of EMFI. Together, and by dint of perseverance, they succeed in developing the company. The range of products and the number of employees grew as well.
Today, ISPO France has become a group, with subsidiaries based in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the USA.
Nevertheless, ISPO France remains a company on a human scale, which allows us to focus fully on the specific needs of each of our customers.
